Job Summary:
The Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for executing process improvement projects under the guidance of a Master Black Belt. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing process bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance performance, quality, and overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred or required depending on organization).
10+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Execute Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects under the mentorship of a Master Black Belt.
Conduct structured interviews, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights.
Identify process bottlenecks, root causes, and improvement opportunities using analytical tools.
Apply Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to drive measurable improvements.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable implementation of solutions.
Support change management efforts and ensure stakeholder alignment.
